Analyst version - credit system
Are you planning to revitalize a specific location and want to find out how many trees and bushes you will need to keep it from overheating? What should be the ratio between paved and grassy areas to feel comfortable there?
The version is suitable, for example, for architects, designers or developers.
The software offers:
- calculation of the cooling function of specific locations or features within the cadastral territory under user management (heat map)
- possibility to work with one or more cadastral territories
- the possibility to model different scenarios for a specific location
- access of a larger number of users to calculations and model situations (i.e. one registered entity can include several user accounts)
Price
This is a credit system where the price of 1 credit is 25 CZK without VAT (according to the price list from 1 September 2022). Credits are then paid for by the following actions:
- Analysis of the cooling function of 1 square on the map: 0.1 credit
- Elaboration of a model scenario for the analysed territory: 0.5 credit
- Import and calculation of data from the green passport (1 ha): 10 credits
- Import and calculation of dendrological survey data (1 tree/1 group of trees): 0.5 credits
Credits can then be used on other portals – www.stromypodkontrolou.cz, www.ocenovanidrevin.cz, www.ekobenefity.cz.
Fully functional version (yearly subscription)
Subscribe to an annual version, get a heat map of the entire cadastre and model situations in our software as you like and without restrictions.
This version is especially suitable for state and local government employees.
The software offers:
- calculation of the cooling function of specific locations or features within the cadastral territory under user management (heat map)
- possibility to work with one or more cadastral territories
- an unlimited number of model scenarios for a specific location
- access of a larger number of users to calculations and model situations (i.e. one registered entity can include several user accounts)
Price
- "Municipality" level (max. 3 cadastres): 1000 CZK/year without VAT
- "Market town" level (max. 6 cadastres): 2000 CZK/year without VAT
- "City" level (max. 10 cadastres): CZK 15,000/year without VAT
- Level "statutory city - district" (max. 10 cadastres): CZK 20,000/year without VAT
- Level "statutory city" (unlimited number of cadastres): CZK 80,000/year without VAT
Importing data from the green passport is subject to a one-time fee depending on the scope.
